  3. If you enjoy and are a regular user of egaint (and even if you
  4. aren't), I actively and strongly encourage you to give whatever
  5. you can (be it time or money or anything else) to your favorite
  6. cause (or my favorite cause).

  8. What are causes?  Causes range from the American Red Cross to
  9. your local bulletin board system operator (who has probably
  10. made a sizable monetary investment so that you can get software
  11. like egaint so easily).  Just look around!
  12.  
  13. One worthwhile cause which I encourage you to investigate is the
  14. International Covenant House, a way out from the streets for
  15. runaways.  Donations to the International Covenant House are
  16. dispersed throughout its several sites located throughout the
  17. world (depending on your mailing address, as I understand it);
  18. locations within the United States include (but are not limited
  19. to) New York City, Los Angeles, Alaska, and Florida.

  21. The International Covenant House (and most other causes) not only
  22. can use monetary donations, but also donations of personal time.
